Job Summary: This Casual role requires the successful candidate to work a rotating roster of varying shifts from Sunday to Saturday. Our department is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and the role may require you to start work at anytime.

Delivering EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE via the telephone and email, ensuring their Mantra Group experience exceeds their expectations
Building RAPPORT with guests to establish loyalty
Offering a PERSONALISED AND CUSTOMISED reservations experience
Providing SOLUTIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS
Developing an EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE of hotels and destinations
ESTABLISHING RELATIONSHIPS with operational Team Members
Ensuring a high degree of ACCURACY when handling emails and entering bookings
ASSISTING and RESOLVING any guest complaints in a timely and professional manner to the best of your ability.
