Job Summary: As a Reservations Agent you'll be a valued member of the Reservations Team carrying out a variety of reservations tasks with a focus on guest services and reservations maintenance.

Job Details: Oversee the FIT bookings for the hotel
Manage the reservations inbox
Assist with entering room blocks and rooming lists
Ensure all reservation requests and bookings are processed in a timely and accurate manner via the hotel reservations system
Maximise accommodation sales and hotel revenue opportunities
Answer all reservation enquiries individually and enthusiastically following the established hotel communication guidelines
Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the Hotel’s brand standards
