Job Details: In this key role reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

Analysing, developing and implementing new product concepts
Process and formulation development and improvement.
Technical troubleshooting and supporting our sales, marketing and production teams.
Preparation of reports and documenting results of tests and analyses.
Perform validation and testing of formulations to ensure stability, effectiveness
Preparation of pilot batch and scale up of lab batching.
Implementation of GFSI standards as required
Ensure regulatory compliance and product registration
Analyse, develop and implement new product concepts
Assist in raw material sourcing including API's, excipients and packaging
Lead the R & D team with the support of QA and the Operations team
Provide recommendations and support the marketing and commercial functions to improve existing products
Manage and oversee pilot plant trials and batch manufacturing processes
