The Role
We now have a unique opportunity within our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Reporting and Analytics team! Our RPO business unit provides outsourced recruitment services to dozens of clients across Australia and New Zealand in a range of industries. Key to the success of this part of Korn Ferry is our reporting and analytics function, which provides vital intelligence to our colleagues on efficiency, effectiveness and commercials around the recruitment functions we perform for our clients.

Reporting into the Head of Reporting and Analytics a team lead as one of a team of five, the remit of this role will be to introduce new architecture and technology to advance automated reporting and increase standardisation across a wide range of clients, reducing the need for more manual processes. A key aspect will be determining requirements with our clients and designing the solution architecture to enable the reporting outcomes, with assistance from our reporting and analytics team and our team of technology subject matter experts.

This is an exciting role because as we move to utilise new technologies and implement new tools, you will be responsible for driving these initiatives. In addition, this role will be responsible for delivering feedback to senior external stakeholders – a blend of continuous improvement and reporting delivery.


About You
For this role, we are ideally seeking a candidate who has:

6-10 years’ experience working in hands-on data or reporting roles
Data solution architecture experience
Experience of data modelling techniques (with at least one technique such as data warehouse modelling/star schema modelling/data normalisation)
Extensive development experience building dashboards and visualisation solutions (preferably with Microsoft Power BI)
Strong SQL experience and Microsoft Excel skills
Great organisational skills and a high degree of compliance with standards and processes
In addition, it would be helpful if the candidate has experience with:

Microsoft data manipulation tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Azure SQL or Azure SQL Data Warehouse
Solution architecture or cloud infrastructure architecture
Statistics or data science skills
Client-facing data storytelling and presentation
Preferably experience with RPO, recruitment or HR reporting
