Job Summary: We are the largest importer and distributor of Italian Gelato and ice cream machines in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a 1st or 2nd year apprentice to join our team of Refrigeration Technicians. We are looking for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic about completing an apprenticeship in this field. The position is full time and based in Brooklyn, VIC.

Job Details: Key Responsibilities:

Learning all aspects of commercial refrigeration repairs and maintenance;
Learning all aspects of ice cream/Gelato making equipment repairs and maintenance;
Working alongside a fully qualified, refrigeration technician;
Attend tafe to further your training and experience 1 day a week (Block option may be available);
Visit customer sites and liaise with our customers in a professional way.
