Job Summary:
Reporting to the Operational Management Committee , the Human Resources & Recruitment role is responsible for providing key administrative, recruitment, induction and generalist HR support to our clients.
You will be a first point of contact for staff and a key support contact for direct service staff,
Job Details:
Managing the day to day administrative tasks of the office
Liaising and Coordinating induction rosters with operational rostering staff and teams
Workcover and Return to Work Planning
Completing key human resource paperwork including contracts of employment and the maintenance of HR compliance registers.
Recruiting and inducting for vacant positions
Co-ordinating resource planning activities to support efficient and productive workforce service delivery.
Professionally respond to corporate communications including emails and phone enquiries including complaints and feedback.
Generalist HR support as required.
