Job Details:

• Handling both Inbound and Outbound calls, delivering exceptional client experiences every time


• Handling all email enquiries in a timely manner with an average typing speed of 40wpm (desirable)


• Greeting guests and welcoming them to our office


• Talking to our clients about our products and solutions, looking for opportunities to enhance the client’s experience


• Data entry and order processing


• Providing support to all internal departments when required


• General and ad-hoc administration duties
