The Role
Epworth Richmond seeks permanent part-time and casual Receptionists/Telephonists to join our patient focused team. This role involves directing patients, visitors and staff to appropriate services within Epworth Richmond and effectively answering and triaging calls to the switchboard in a courteous and timely manner.
The shifts are between the hours of 5:30am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week to support the operational requirements of the hospital.

Previous reception/switchboard experience
Computer literacy and accuracy
