Job Summary:
As we continue with project mobilization, we are now recruiting for an additional Quality Manager to join the CYP Construction teams on this iconic Melbourne project.
Job Details:
Ensuring the project’s quality management plans/procedures are effectively implemented to provide the quality outcomes expected;
Providing quality knowledge, expertise and support to the delivery teams to promote effective quality management practices
Select and develop staff within the section to ensure their quality assurance competences
Provide leadership and mentoring to quality staff
Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team
Verifying that works constructed are compliant to the required standards and specifications and that the necessary records are available to confirm this;
Monitoring compliance through various surveillance activities, including ongoing site visits, inspections and audits;
