Job Summary: The staff have been building natural playgrounds for local councils for over 10 years. We deliver a high standard of workmanship with a strong focus on quality, while maintaining a creative experience. We are continuing to establish new customers within the local government sector and require an experienced foreman to lead our team and manage our projects. As the Managing Director, it is my commitment to my staff to create a strong team culture while remembering we all have families and need to maintain a work life balance.

Job Details: bout the role

The key tasks involved in this role are:

Leadership of up to 4 staff
Management of project budgets with support from our PM
Organisation and management of sub contractors on site
Ordering of materials
Communicating clearly and respectfully with our customers
Providing guidance, mentoring and training to our apprentices
Having a positive attitude at all times and have a 'can do' approach to tasks and unexpected issues
