Job Summary: We are seeking a QHSE Systems Manager who will continue to develop and enhance our strong Quality, Health, Safety and Environment culture, and will provide the management of QHSE activities. This role expects the QHSE Systems Manager to review, amend, coordinate, implement, monitor and ensure the Group’s compliance and continuous improvement in QHSE and related certifications to all company and statutory requirements, including but not limited to CASA, AMSA, AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISM Code (International Safety Management Code - Maritime), HACCP and relevant Codes of Practice including pearl diving.

Job Details: Reporting to the General Manager - Pearling Production, your primary accountabilities in this role will include:

To continuously develop and enhance the QHSE Management System.
Working collaboratively with and manage a diverse range of stakeholders whilst providing QHSE advice to management and ensuring effective communication to all parties.
Managing the administration, implementation and education on QHSE practices, policies and procedures.
Conducting QHSE audits and various remote site inspections to verify compliance or gaps across the business.
Gap analysis of policies and procedures, training needs and develop in-house training programs.
Document control, reporting, investigations and supporting the managers to ensure that staff comply with our QHSE systems.
