Job Summary: We are looking for someone who can take things as they come and keep rolling, this position has the potential to expand into other areas of the business should you show initiative and enthusiasm.

Job Details: Assist with the management of rental portfolios (ranging from 180 to 280 properties)
Processing new applications/leases, routine inspections, entry condition reports, exit condition reports, rental viewings, maintenance repairs, managing arrears, and liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
Support & Administration; including and not limited to, answering reception phone overflow, serving customers in office, administration & property manager weekend roster rotation.
