Job Summary: We are currently looking for motivated people to perform property inspections in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs – 1 day per week 5-6 hours (school hours, preferably Monday), potential for additional days in the future.

Job Details: The position would ideally suit individuals with property management experience, however inexperienced applicants with the right attitude and flexibility will also be considered as full training is provided.

The position requires detailed inspection reports to be completed for residential properties, including taking photos. A keen eye and attention to detail is important as is good spelling & grammar.

You will need:
• A current Police Clearance
• A current driver's licence
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Be available to work a minimum 1 day per week with some flexibility
• Ability using Apps
