Our client is currently seeking ambitious Property and Tenant Co-ordinators to assist with all aspects of property management within the property team.

About the role:



To be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal skills and organisation skills with a proven ability to support the Property Manager in all aspects of management. You will have previous experience in a similar role with a background in property management.

 

You will be a driven, dedicated Property and Tenant Co-ordinator who will be responsible for:



 

• Leasing with relevant stakeholders and clients to ensure all requests are completed including issuing access control cards;


• Managing invoicing and WHS compliance;


• Ensuring that requests to contractors are actioned and followed effectively; and,


• Assisting the Property Manager with maintenance of the buildings and precinct.
