Job Summary: Promoter Photographer 5 days a week- 38hrs full time bonuses

We are Australia's largest children's photography company and we’re looking for a Promotions & Sales candidate + a confident Photographer to work with a team of like minded individuals in a fast paced environment.

Promoter - Your role is to converse with the public, informing them of our amazing offer and up-selling our personalised products.

Photographer - Your role is to create beautiful photographs for our tiny customers. As a photographer you are to promote to the public when not shooting as this is apart of the business.

The studio itself is a pop-up therefore we do not stay in one shopping centre for more than two weeks. The company organises these trips in advance and your team has a vehicle to transport our studio and yourselves to various towns / cities.

As we are located within shopping centres, we work to their trading hours. Our teams work full time hours, Monday - Saturday. Each employee will work a period of 5 days, 38 hours a week with designated breaks. As you are applying for the travelling team, you must note you and your team members will be asked to travel on certain days. These are fully paid days.

Our company offers on-sight training and constant support from management. As we are a family run business we ensure all our staff feel welcomed and supported through continuous communication and assistance.

Our Travelling teams are seeking two candidates who can demonstrate confidence when approaching the public and working behind the camera. Our teams work towards reaching daily targets in sales and sittings, therefore every individual who puts forth an application are expected to work towards daily goals and reach company expectations.

Base Salary + Commission ( salary starting from $45,000 p/a)
