Job Summary: Pilbara WA Temporary $85 - $100 an hour Project Manager required for a large iron ore mining company | $85-100/hr + super Your new company A large, industry leading mining company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with dewatering experience and portfolio management skills, for a 5:2,4:3 FIFO role.

Job Details: Your new role
Reporting to the Project lead, in this varied role you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the portfolio of dewatering projects, such as creating business cases, assisting the project development team and conducting project assessment. Your project management duties will also include managing the budget, schedule, risk assessment and preparing funding documentation. The successful candidate will travel to any of the client's Pilbara mine sites as required. The commencement date and rate for this role are dependant on experience.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor of Engineering
Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
Dewatering experience and knowledge, with ideally strong preference to environmental remediation works and relevant compliance requirements
Previously worked in large iron ore mining companies
Commitment to safety
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation skills
Experience in a people management role
