Job Summary: Our client is a multinational manufacturer of scoreboards, digital billboards, dynamic message signs, sound systems, and related products. They are one of the world's largest producers of electronic signs, with their products used in almost 100 countries and a global work force in excess of 2500.

Job Details:
They are currently seeking a Project Manager with strong Account Management skills to join their team in inner northern Sydney. This is a customer facing position, involved in projects at selling, approval, manufacturing, installation and final payment stages. Project Managers also regularly travel both nationally and internationally (20-30%) to provide sales support, project support and installation supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

Execution of Projects, including:
Budget estimating, proposal generation, reviewing tenders writing scopes of work, bid clarifications and preparing quotations.
Subcontractor evaluation, selection and management.
Project coordination with contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, engineers and owners.
Logistical coordination.
Preparation of time, cost, material and labor estimates.
Coordination of internal resources.
Account Management & Sales Support, including:
Sales support across the Asia Pacific region, focusing particularly on Australia/New Zealand.
Presenting solutions to customers' needs.
Preparation of estimations for management, for the purposes of planning, organising and scheduling work.
Tracking actual costs relative to estimates as projects develop.
As a key member of the Australian team, you will possess the ability to mentor other team members, be able to adapt and tailor your communication and presentation style to a variety of audiences and have the capacity to work with project teams across a variety of international offices. A willingness to embrace flexible working hours to accommodate communicating across different time zones is important.

Your ability to collaborate effectively, work in a highly independent manner and manage client relationships effectively are considered essential traits for success in this position.
