Job Summary: Project Manager - Commercial Joinery - Based in Preston

You will be working for an established organisation who have been in the industry for over 15 years' and specialising in commercial joinery and working with some of Melbourne's most high-profile builders and in return working on some really notable projects.


Your new role
This is an immediate opportunity for an experienced joinery Project Manager where you will be a part of executing a variety of exciting and notable projects including corporate, retail and hospitality. You will have Project Management experience of a similar nature and preferably within the shopfitting & joinery sector.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Procurement of all trade subcontractor packages including preparation for scopes of work and tendering packages
You will be working on and delivering multiple projects and manage communication with all parties involved including sub-contractors, staff and clients
Must be able to deliver projects on time and within budget



What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a relevant trade background including shopfitting or joinery along with experience as a Project Manager within a similar industry. You must be highly organised and be able to deliver all roles within time and budget. Ideally, you will have:

A portfolio of completed projects
Experience as a CA or Project Manager
Proven experience leading a team
Scheduling and Time Management skills
An understating of OH&S policies
