Job Summary:
We are seeking to recruit a professional Project Coordinator to join our dynamic, young and innovative company.
Dealing primarily in Insurance Building & Restoration, the Project Coordinator is responsible for the day to day co-ordination of human resources / allocations and managing restoration projects from first point of contact through to completion.
Job Details:
Key activities (include but are not limited to):
Liaising with clients, internal staff, trades and suppliers.
Coordination/ Allocation of internal staff and trades.
Responsible for the flow of information from customers to the team.
Manage a portfolio of job files from project allocation through to invoicing.
Provide accurate report writing and inventory listing/ checks.
Monitoring budgets and cost control.
Updating internal systems and client portals.
Keeping constant and up to date file notes
Data entry and filing
Other duties include:
Approaching all aspect of work being performed with safety and quality as the highest priority.
Working closely with Project Management/ Operations team.
On-call duties required occasionally.
Overtime duties if and when required.
