Job Details: The company:

An independently owned Architectural practice that have a strong emphasis on delivering high quality designs are seeking to expand the business with the appointment of a Project Architect with a strong design and delivery experience.

Working in close partnership with the Architectural Director, you will full ownership of developments from feasibility through to construction.

Responsibilities will include:

Client Liaison
Producing a design concept from a client brief
Production of work from Development Application through to construction
Management of external consultants
Exposure to being on site
Running a project through to delivery
Production of construction documentation

The requirement:

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working in the local market as a Project Architect with a strong design and delivery background. You will have also have a strong understanding of the full construction cycle and be looking to develop your career. It is essential you have professional Revit experience and have delivered projects in the multi-unit residential, aged care or student accommodation sectors.
