Job Details: My client is a boutique, design focused firm who have won numerous awards over their specialist sectors which includes hospitality, retail, commercial and education. With over 30 years' experience this firm has established a solid reputation and they have a strong repeat, referral business with current projects seeing them through 2019 and beyond.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline, an opportunity is available immediately for a Project Architect to join their collaborative, professional team. As the Project Architect, you will be working on projects across their portfolio which range in value from $2 - $10m.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following;
4-5+ years' local experience with exposure to hospitality and education
Revit proficient
Strong construction knowledge with the ability to make decisions independently.
Contract administration experience essential
Experience leading and mentoring a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
Well-developed time management skills with the ability to run multiple projects concurrently
Drivers licence
