Job Summary: Program Manager - Delivery/ Customer - Will be based in Melbourne but would look at individuals in Sydney - Coming from a consultancy would be advantageous - Ideally customer orientated experience - digital or call centre

Job Details:

Role and Responsibility

• Be the trusted advisor to the business identifying and quantifying strategic initiatives that can deliver both customer and financial benefit to Customer Care for business customers


• Successful planning, design and execution of key Business projects focusing on digitisation, transforming our contact centres and deflecting customer care call volumes.


• Lead and motivate a virtual team that delivers all agreed business outcomes within the required time, cost and quality parameters.


• Establish and manage Business projects (time, cost, quality, scope, benefits)

Profile

• 5 years+ experience in strategic thinking, customer centric design and project delivery


• Leadership track record including previous experience leading virtual teams across multiple geographies


• Previous experience in a Telecommunications and / or contact centre environment


• Experience working in complex environments with numerous stakeholders and disparate data sources Strong MS Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint


• Project management certification and experience in Agile environment preferred


• Tertiary qualification will be highly regarding particularly in business, marketing, computer science or engineering fields


• Experience in working in complex reporting environments with high numbers of disparate data sources / systems
