As a result of continued growth across both commercial and wholesale residential customers they are now looking to appoint a Production Manager to the Senior Management team.

Job Details:

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with leadership across the business you will be responsible for:

• Process Optimisation of machinery and people with a focus on improved margin performance


• Contributing to the strategic direction and converting strategic focus into detailed operational plans for the factory


• Planning the utilisation of resources to meet the production output plan and ensure customer deliveries are in full and on-time


• Undertake reporting and analysis to ensure production remains on target to achieve daily goals


• Working closely with Sales to ensure production plans and sales expectations are aligned


• Ensure OHS, Quality Assurance and Training of staff is an integral part of the production process

To be successful you will need to have demonstrated strong leadership skills across a high end and complex manufacturing process combined with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation across products and processes. You will be a strong influencer at all levels with an ability to drive change. Additionally, you will be outcomes focused with a broad commercial understanding of business drivers and able to bring accountability and quality to the forefront of your team.
