About this role
Due to our continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Product Category Manager to join our team based in Dandenong South. Working in a fast pace environment, you will have a hands on approach managing a portfolio of products life cycle from conception to launch across all divisions of Wurth Australia, with an existing range of over 11,000 products we are looking to expand to over 35,000 products in the coming years!

Reporting to the Head of Product, your responsibilities will include:

Defining and implementing product ranges both new and existing
Conducting market analysis to identify gaps and market trends
Connecting with the International network of Product Promoters to stay abreast of product developments and market opportunities
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities within the market in line with company objectives
Providing product technical information to internal and external stakeholders
Key to your success will have:

A positive attitude, willingness to learn and be part of a great organisation
Good time management skills with the ability to work independently on multiple projects at any given time
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to participate in a range of product development activities
Experience in a similar role or relevant trade / tertiary qualification in construction, metal/manufacture industries etc. would be advantageous but not essential.
