Job Details:

As a Principal Experience Design, you will be leading a team of UX, Designer, and Researcher at the same time managing one of their biggest retail clients.



What will you be doing:

• A brand advisor/ambassador for clients.


• Lead the team and client to create awesome work.


• Facilitate and lead design thinking methodology (i.e. double diamond).


• Present leadership content, relevant to your specialism, to key stakeholders.


• Provide design direction across various touchpoints (i.e. websites, apps, digital products and retail installations).


• Confidently present design work to C-suite stakeholders, and build trusting relationships.
