Job Summary: The successful applicant must be prepared to work directly with livestock, after hours and weekend work will be required. To be considered for this role you will have had a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a poultry farm manager or similar.
Job Details: Key Responsibilities include the management of the day to day operation of the farm aimed at delivering optimum performance of the flock, ability to oversee and supervise staffing requirements and prioritising of workload. Proficiently operate all machinery and plant, monitor feed management and bird collection, daily shed servicing, grounds maintenance and ensure accurate record keeping. Maintain and adhere to company policies and procedures, confidently operate the Fancom computer system. Demonstrate a sound understanding of ability to operate an RSPCA accredited farm.
