Job Summary:
Reporting to the Executive Portfolio Manager, the Portfolio Analyst is accountable for status reporting, resource management, finance management, procurement management, time management, quality management, issue and risk management, scope management, schedule/dependency management, stakeholder and communication management.
Job Details:
Execute the portfolio’s strategy and implement within the Customer Markets portfolio the common project management methodology, standards and tools designed for the projects
Ensure that the Customer Markets portfolio maintains close alignment with the IT PMO’s operating rhythm, reporting cycle and practices
Support the execution of portfolio governance, reporting and review the framework to provide a holistic view of all Customer Markets transformation project activity
Ensure that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated
Help to identify and define the major strategic issues for the Customer Markets portfolio and integrate diverse stakeholder interests with AGL’s broader agenda to inform the development and prioritisation of initiatives by the value streams
Maximise portfolio outcomes through status monitoring, risk monitoring and continuous improvement.
