Job Summary: Perth WA

Job Details: We currently require motivated experienced subcontractors to join our team on a full-time basis working on small to mid tier construction projects.

Full time contract wage position with the option to extend will be considered for the right candidate

You will be required to work on the Toodyay Sport and Rec. Centre and must be willing to travel to Toodyay each day.

To be successful within this role, it is essential that you have:

-Commercial background
-ABN
-5 years experience minimum
-Own car and tools
-In depth knowledge and application of AS3500
-Must be capable of plan reading and setting out involved and detailed projects
-Extensive experience in WA Plumbing and Gas-fitting,
-A current WA Gas Licence,
-A current WA Trades Person Licence,
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Are capable of working independently and unsupervised,
-Are able to successfully work in a busy team environment
-Take pride in your individual work and have a tidy appearance.
-Provide references with contact details
-Pass a drug test
-Police clearance
