Job Details:The role
Managing a complex operation, reporting to senior management, you will lead a multi-function team across production, quality, maintenance, and support staff to deliver against the site's KPI's and deliver transformation objectives in conjunction with corporate. You will facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities as well as support cultural change across the site. With an opportunity to have a major impact across a world class site, you will be required to work cross functionally and with the corporate function to roll out new initiatives and develop your leadership groups capabilities.
Background required
You will ideally be tertiary qualified with relevant plant and operations leadership experience, within a sophisticated food environment. You will have proven experience leading and motivating large manufacturing teams and a track history of delivering against manufacturing KPI's including the execution of continuous improvement initiatives and the delivery of product quality targets.
