Aldi has been operating in Australia since January 2001 and has successfully opened over 400 stores throughout New South Wales, ACT, Queensland and Victoria. Aldi employs thousands of Australians and they are able to offer stable and long-term opportunities.

We are currently seeking to appoint quick-thinking, productive and energetic pick packers to join their team on a casual ongoing basis. The working hours will be 5-6 hours a day, 4 shifts a week across 7 days. Shifts will vary from Morning to Afternoon.

Please be aware morning shifts start at 6am and afternoon shifts start at 5.30pm. On the weekends shifts will start an hour earlier. You must have full time availability.

Working as part of a team, your responsibilities and duties will include however are not limited to:

Accurately picking and dispatching goods, managing orders and controlling stock levels
Manual handling up to 20kgs
Provide basic customer service
General warehouse duties as required

Essential Criteria:

Must have reliable vehicle and driver's license
Prior pick pack experience
Must be physically fit and capable of manual duties
Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and challenging targets
Sound reading and numerical skills
Excellent communication skills
