Job Summary: Pick Packer Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

Job Details: We have an exciting opportunity for Pick packers in a large national grocery chain`s warehouse in the Eastern Creek area, with a strong team culture and a reputation for providing a safe working environment.

This is a casual role on Day and Afternoon shift where you will be required to work every Saturday. The role will involve selecting various products, including dairy, meat and alcohol. You may also be required to work in temperatures of 2 degrees.

The successful applicants will be working in a fast paced environment following instructions from a voice automated headset to select products accurately, safely and efficiently with ample training provided to meet strict KPI`s. Shifts can start as early as 5am or late as 2pm and will be Monday to Saturday on a rostered basis however availability when not rostered is essential.

To be successful for this role you must:

Experience working in a fast paced environment
Have recent work history
Have previously worked to KPI`s
Experience frequently lifting up to 25kg
Unlimited working rights
Reliable transport
Full availability Monday- Saturday Day and Afternoon shift
Ability to pass a full medical including Drug and alcohol test
Have a current national police clearance
Must be available to work over Christmas and Easter Period
Highly advantageous Criteria:

Precious experience using voice pick and EPJ`s
Experience palletizing
Forklift licence
Pick pack experience
