Job Summary: The opportunity / The role With an existing visiting office we are opening a new office in Melbourne and are looking for a Partner/Director to take a seat at the Directors table and join us in the development and presence of a Victorian Practice. This is an outstanding leadership opportunity where you can apply your extensive professional experience in personal injury and lead a new and dynamic team you can call your own. Build your partnership career in a new Melbourne office while flourishing as a litigation leader in Victoria. As a director at LHD Lawyers you will partner with our the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to grow a Victorian practice with hands on involvement and a front row seat. Director/Partner opportunity on offer Lead and be part of the executive team. Oversee and lead the growth of your own practice with the assistance of an established practice management team. Create your career as a leader Management of a large personal injury practice of Motor Vehicle Accidents, Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and Medical Negligence.

Job Details:

The candidate

To be successful you will have 8 - 10 years of post-admission experience with a great understanding of personal injury law, negligence and litigation. You are a proven fee earner, can actively build new networks and community engagement while providing quality service to clients. 

• Being an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury will be highly valued.


• You have outstanding practice area knowledge and experience of Personal Injury Litigation in Victoria


• You are a proven fee earner with at least 8 years post admission experience.


• You have a desire to contribute to a strong cohesive national team.


• You are a passionate individual with superior communication skills and interpersonal skills
