Job Details: Provide outstanding face to face customer service
Matching the right solution to the customers' current financial needs and wants.
Data entry and maintaining client loan files
Build rapport whilst assisting customers with the sale of their goods and maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
General housekeeping – keeping work areas clean, safe and clear
Adhere to all policies, procedures and lending guidelines.
Use your initiative to think outside the square to boost business and promote Cash Converters Personal Financial Products.
