The Opportunity
As part of this plan we are currently recruiting a Performance Coach to work from our Adelaide branch.
This role will report into the Head of Short Tail Claims, Performance & Delivery and take ownership of performance management, strategy and planning as well as developing and delivering learning processes to our new property claims team.
We are looking for a performance driven manager, who coaches their staff towards achieving the highest of results. A self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills who takes pride in every aspect of their working life. An inspirational leader who is objective and takes a strong factual approach from gaining the best from their team.
What does success look like?
Extensive experience within the Insurance industry
Experience as a Career Coach or within a Leadership role
Passionate about building effective relationships and process improve behaviour
Experience in business coaching and delivery of training programs
Be confident to effectively coach, mentor and develop team members
Experience in strategy and planning within business operations
Strong level of technical capability preferred
