Job Details: We are seeking a candidate with strong payroll experience who is capable and can work in a fast-paced environment conducting full-function payroll.

Part time position (Monday to Wednesday)
Brisbane Western Suburbs
$30 per hour
Key Duties & Responsibilities

End to End weekly payroll for all companies accurately
End of month reconciliations and reporting
Manage workcover cases ensuring accurate payment and management of claim
Management of the superannuation clearing houses for all group entities
Interpreting multiple awards and Enterprise Agreement
Maintaining employee information in system
Review the function for opportunities to streamline and automate payroll processes to improve experience
Ensuring the accuracy of time and attendance transactions imported from Time Target
Working closely with the HR manager or to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records
Attending to payroll related queries
Skills and experience

To succeed in this varied role, you must have experience and confidence in processing payroll autonomously. Other required skills and experience include:

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
MicrOpay and Time Target experience would be well regarded
3 years’ experience minimum
Demonstrated initiative, time-management & organisational skills
Must have experience with over 300 plus payroll
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills are highly desirable
Willingness to embrace change and to streamline processes
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information
The ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team
