Hays are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Administration Assistant to join a South Australian owned Commercial Real Estate company located in Adelaide’s CBD.

Your new role
Reporting in the Director and supporting the wider management team, the purpose of this role is to assist with administration and personal assistant tasks including however not limited to:

Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders including vendors, buyers, solicitors, clients and purchasers.
Database management and client care.
Drafting and preparing reports, coordinating photo-shoots, floor plans, brochures and other marketing material, as well as cold calling to potential clients.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and be a whizz at learning new systems and software. Previous experience in an office administration role is essentials whilst property industry exposure is advantageous. Taking ownership and a passion for learning and development with a growing organisation will be the key to your success in this role!
