Job Details:
Conduct searches of relevant trade marks identified in clearance searches
Review and compile specifications of goods/services
Assist with examination reports, including drafting responses to clients and IP Australia
Prepare draft declarations, including for requests for extensions of time
Provide amendments to declarations and exhibits in relation to evidence
Manage foreign portfolios for specified clients
Assist firms lawyers with general trade mark prosecution and maintenance matters
Provide training for trade mark support functions when required
