Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain close relationships with Tour Guides and key personnel in the tourism industry.
Be the welcoming face of Pacific Fair at the Visitor Lounge.
Responsible for the presentation of the Visitor Lounge, ensuring that it presents in perfect condition at all times.
Sale of gift cards.
Responsible for driving business into the Visitor Lounge meeting room, facilitating admin and bookings.
Showcasing the centre to visiting groups, through strategic welcome messages and in-centre tours.
Track and analyse all recordings of guest visitation data.
Carry out company marketing campaigns according to centre requirements.
Assist the centre with specific projects to help increase visitation and enhance the guest experience.
Assist Tourism Marketing Manager & Centre Management with administration tasks and projects as directed.
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Requirements
Experience in Excel, Word and using an Apple computer
Experience in EFTPOS transactions
In-depth understanding of the Chinese culture
Familiar with Chinese social media channels including active use of WeChat
Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese and English
Who you are:

Fluent in English & Mandarin, with ability to write in simplified Chinese
A self-starter keen to be the best and make your own opportunities
Eager to turn your passion for customer service into a career
Ability to work independently and in a team
A whiz on the computer & WeChat
Ideally from a customer service sales background
