As our OPERATIONS MANAGER you will oversee all restaurant operations and ensure successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety. You will be proactively involved in the development of the different business areas along with the director and Head Chef. Your responsibilities may include managing staff members, oversee the performance of all operations, stakeholder engagement, supply management. You will be a proactive leader by example that spreads motivation and empowerment, driving your actions and decisions according to the business model and strategic management plan.
