Job Summary: This is a dedicated self-storage software and hardware technology security business. We are the sole Australasian distributor of access control & unit alarming. We sell to the self-storage industry, and are one of two major distributors and installer coordinators in the Australasian market. Self storage continues to be one of the fastest growing industries and this is an opportunity to grow alongside this business as it expands. We require a multi skilled person to be trained as an operations manager (all rounder). The role will be very diverse and will require a candidate to be self-motivated, organized and excellent at multitasking.

Job Details: Answering all incoming sales calls - automatically respond by email, load information into CRM & refer to the appropriate staff member

Answering all incoming customer support calls and log them in our Helpdesk Program which in turn will be managed by the support manager

Matching payments, invoices and bills in the accounting software (Xero) and assist with invoicing & payment of bills

Continuing with the ongoing construction of an industry CRM listing all existing and new potential self-storage operators throughout Australasia; and then sending emails and physical marketing mail to all identified potential customers

Coordinating and tracking all outbound deliveries, and checking all inbound deliveries to ensure all the stock that has been ordered has also been delivered.
