New Zealand Post Australia Holdings (NZPAH) is responsible for developing, implementing and championing New Zealand Post's inbound and offshore service offerings (encompassing Wholesale / Direct Entry, Direct Marketing, Courier / Freight and UPU flows).
What's the role?
First and foremost you will be making sure our customers are happy, ensuring that all daily operational and account functions are completed within the required timeframes. You will be a key link between our customer and global networks – working closely with the International Mail Centre and International Freight Services back in NZ. You will also provide strong monitoring and coordination of all touch points in an end to end logistics supply chain.
This role will also get involved in air and sea freight in an administrative capacity around documentation, process and workflow.
Have you got what it takes?
We're looking for someone with a couple of years' experience under their belt and a keenness to develop. We'd love to see you bring supply chain, import/export and customs/border knowledge.
