Job Details: Role:
We are looking for a result driven sales consultant to speak to applicants and provide them with a solution to help them to lose weight and gain back their body confidence.
Responsibilities:
Establish and build relationship with prospects and clients
Present, promote and sell our services to prospects
Take both phone and video calls
Achieve an agreed upon outcomes and targets
Weekly Reporting on Leads, Sales, Follow-ups
Continuously improve through feedback and training

Results:
60% Conversion rate of Applications into Sales
100% of tracking sheets metrics up to date
Attendance to 100% of the meetings
30 New Enrolments Per Month

Requirements:
Passionate about sales, passionate about health and fitness and helping people
Sales experience is a must
Experience in fitness sales will be favourable
Has a high level of self confidence
Quick learner

This position is commission based and high performers are rewarded.
