Job Summary: Your new company My client is a busy Federal Government organisation based in Melbourne CBD and is now looking for an experienced receptionist to fill a permanent position. Your new role Reporting to the office manager, you are the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders. On a daily basis, you will be answering calls, directing queries, supporting the team and you will perform ad hoc duties maintaining all stationary and office supplies. You will also be required to book travel, accommodation, booking and setting up meeting rooms.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a professional, calm and courteous demeanour at all times. You will also have the following -

Previous experience managing a busy reception switchboard
Previous Federal Government experience is essential
Provide excellent customer service
Possess strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Strong Microsoft Office skills

What you'll get in return
You will receive $45000 plus 15.4% superannuation annually alongside gaining more experience working in a fast-paced government environment.
