Job Summary: We are seeking a strong Administration Assistant to come on board and join our Workers Compensation Consultant team. We are flexible with working hours, ideally seeking availability for part time hours, however full time would be considered. Working from home is an option with this role.

Job Details: We are ideally looking for an administration assistant who is passionate about Workers Compensation administration and delivering a strong, supportive administration function! You will be a talented communicator who engages well both face to face and over the phone.

You will have exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You will be organised and understand the importance of delivering high quality service.

The role will include a variety of administration tasks including:
Data entry - ensuring accurate data entry and information is entered into the relevant systems;
Reviewing data and ensuring any discrepancies or differences are highlighted appropriately;
Booking appointments and ensuring high levels of professionalism throughout your work and communications;
Any other required administration duties.

Ideal attributes will include:
Demonstrated administration experience is essential;
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;
Mature-minded and ability to work independently ensuring confidentiality and professionalism;
Team attitude & positive approach;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself;
Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
We are offering $30 per hour and you work 12 hrs in a week at at your own chosen time.
