Job Details: Develop financial plans and forecasts and monitor performance and results against such forecasts.
Conduct monthly management meetings to review results, develop strategies and implement plans to meet targets and achieve business growth objectives.
Manage the direction of the Service department by ensuring all service employees know and understand the Company's objectives and plans.
Develop department managers and supervisors, ensuring they receive adequate coaching to achieve their performance targets.
