Job Summary: Are you a night owl? Are you a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised? We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Night Manager to join our team.

Job Details: The duties and responsibilities will include:
Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings;
Checking in and out guests as required;
Preparing and distributing relevant reports to inter departments;
Providing supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required;
Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift between Night Audit, Concierge and Reception;
Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property;
Attending to guests requests efficiently and effectively;
Management of the reception desk and processing of night audit and nightly reports.

The successful candidate will have:
A vibrant, and outgoing personality in order to engage with guests and ensure they have a memorable stay;
A high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel at all times will be of utmost importance;
Knowledge of Sihot PMS advantageous;
Technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions;
An ability to work independently, with initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail and be able to deliver high quality results;
An open, unrestricted driver's licence;
You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role with a minimum of two years’ experience as this role will provide a great career path into other areas in Front Office.
