Job Details:
Provide strong and clear leadership to the compliance function, establishing and maintaining goals, strategies, plans and policies to comply with all applicable laws, codes and standards.
Understand and mitigate key elements of risk and ensure sound corporate governance with legal and statutory obligations.
Manage internal and external dispute resolutions and call quality.
Lead the Compliance team to regularly engage with customer facing teams, proactively integrating compliance into the operation and taking an active role in understanding key challenges and opportunities experienced during customer conversations.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and competitive advantage via compliance strategies across all aspects of the compliance cycle.
Provide regular, high quality, accurate and timely management information, reports and analysis.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Conduct audits on third parties ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Participate as a member of the Compliance Sub-Committee by preparing agendas and committee papers/reports and ensuring regular meetings.
