Job Summary:
As the commercial lead across an assigned portfolio, the National Advertising Manager will accountable for the development, planning, activation and measurement of all advertising solutions; be responsible for brand representation in the market; and mentor, support and guide a team of sales professionals to commercial success.
Job Details:
Core responsibilities and requirements
Budget responsibility and delivery of all revenue targets
Business plan/sales strategy development and execution
Developing cross-platform initiatives and identify new business opportunities for revenue growth
Work closely with MRCA client, editorial and senior management team in order to deliver on all commercial requirements
Foster strong industry/advertising partner relationships in order to achieve revenue growth and identify new revenue streams
Manage a team of up-to 4 sales professionals nationally, establishing clear guidelines and KPI’s for commercial success
Deliver the client-focussed ethos of MRCA by working to exceed our client’s expectation wherever possible
