Job Summary: We have a full-time position available immediately, for an experienced Motor Loss Assessor - servicing picturesque regional Victoria - Hamilton, Warrnambool and Horsham, and the surrounding areas. Our Assessors work in specific and surrounding areas, providing a service unparalleled in this industry - careful, expert, reliable and fast – a hard working attitude – where going the extra mile is just what we do - every day. Key Responsibilities Undertaking the motor vehicle assessment of damages Negotiating, monitoring, and communicating outcomes to vehicle owner/driver as per legislation Preparing detailed, accurate assessment reports Management of relationships with repairers Undertaking travel when required, at times interstate Know when to liaise at a higher level on technical or customer service issues Communicate, communicate and then communicate – with everyone
