Job Summary: Perth WA You will be joining a well-known gold mining organisation that currently own and operate in the Goldfields of Western Australia. They are committed to offering long term career opportunities, flexible work options and exceptional training and development.

Job Details: Due to site requirements they need someone to come on board who has ideally completed their underground time and has already commenced Mine Planning, production and scheduling ready to take the next step.

Reporting to the Tech Services Superintendent your duties will include but not be limited to:

Develop and communicate accurate and achievable Drill & Blast designs and plans, ensuring these are completed in a timely manner to achieve targets
Monitor daily performance of development and production activities, constantly seeking opportunities for increased operational performance.
Managing the effective and timely delivery of mining stope notes that support our operational objectives;
Assisting in the development of the short to medium term mine plans and generation of the scheduling projects (18 month rolling plan, quarterly and budget)
Is this for you?

To be successful in the role you must be able to demonstrate:
Qualifications in Mining Engineering
Completion of underground practical time to satisfy requirements for WA First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency highly desirable
More than 2 years in production with operational experience, preferably underground gold
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with people.
Demonstrated Proficiency in mining software
